We've resolved an issue that occurred when signing visit notes for the same patient, discipline, and day. Previously, if multiple visit notes were present, an error would prevent you from signing them. This issue has now been fixed, allowing you to sign all visit notes without any problems, even when there are multiple entries for the same day.
